The swimming pool was lovely as was the room
The staff could have been a bit friendlier e.g. we had a do not disturb sign on our door but the cleaners still knocked and asked us to leave whilst they cleaned the room

The hotel was near the ferry terminal and within walking distance of restaurants and bike rental shops. The breakfast terrace was nice. The pool was clean.
There were no decorations in the common areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location in a peaceful neighborhood, away from the busy waterfront, was perfect for us. The staff were very friendly and gave a personal service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. We also enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and taking walks in the beautiful garden area. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I deeply appreciated the hotel staff courtesy in their relationship with the client: they were all and always ready and available to meet our needs. This counterbalances few light professional faults I will better describe below
I am culturally aware of inevitable differences about the professional hospitality criteria, in relation to the countries. That's why we weren't particularly surprised nor disappointed for the lack of a real "customer service oriented" organization: just as an istance, the staff - beyond their great kindness - was not informed about any external touristic facilities in the island. To have a simple information from the staff in relation to anything became a "State-affaire" (I.E. difficult, if not impossible). There were other minor faults in relation to the room service, but not really worth of formal complaints

Beautiful designhotel. Staff is numerous, very friendly and helpful. If the weather allows, the tasty breakfast is served on the roof terrace. We very much enjoyed the swimming pool, which (in september) was never crowded. The island is enjoyable enough for a few days and the ferries going to and from the city are numerous.
If you're thinking of visiting all the tourist sites of Istanbul and sleeping here, be warned that you'll be spending a lot of time on ferries.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the area. We loved the amazing views from our balcony and terrace, perfect for relaxation. the hotel facilities were well-maintained, particularly the swimming pool. The staff was friendly, cute and offered excellent services.
For us it was ideal, no negative aspects to mention.

I enjoyed very much my stay in Ascot Hotel. Location is perfect, it is near the center of Buyukada, so you can walk, but it is sufficiently far away so you enjoy a calm and serene environment. The hotel is very new. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. There is a very nice swimming pool in the backside. Breakfast was good. I would also recommend the restaurant of the hotel called "Jacks", because to be honest it has a much better menu and better prices than the other restaurants in Buyukada.

Great Hospitality and Location! We recently stayed at a hotel on a beautiful island in Turkey. the hotel was worth the stay, with excellent hospitality and an easily accessible location close to the seafront. Our rooms were quite clean and well-designed. the best part of our stay was definitely the breakfast buffet, which was a real treat with plenty of fruits and cheese.

Relaxed ambienece in hotel and staff excellent. Although a very 'tourism based economy', going to the island in May meant it was not busy and locals outnumbered visitors
Good breakfast, but not buffet style - so you are given things you don't really want.

During the seven-day stay room cleaning was done only three times following repeated protests to the Director. The manager told me that this was due to lack of cleaning staff on the island in summer. I was told that the hotel was recently opened. I prefer not to imagine what conditions will become the rooms at the end of the season. In the room where we were located I found a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom. The breakfast was adequate expectations. The bar staff was friendly. No complaints on how the structure but for the money I expected more clean room and no smell of sewage in the room.
